Senator Meyer requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 5(fld S) "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical                                                           
assistance for certain children and pregnant women; and providing for                                                           
an effective date" be taken up. SENATE BILL NO. 5 was before the                                                                
Senate on reconsideration.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                     
BILL NO. 5 be returned to the Rules Committee. Without objection,                                                               
the bill was returned to the Rules Committee.
